I have tried spraying diluted bleach on the mildew in my bathroom and a mildew remover, neither one have worked, can you give me an idea on what I should try now.
Thank you.

 I often use Castrol Super Clean to wash away mildew. It is very strong and pungent, but works well.
If you have done all you can to kill and clean the mildew and still have stains, you probably need to paint over them.
Use a sealing, stain killing primer such as Kilz or Bins. I prefer using the oil based versions of these products rather than latex/water based.
Then apply a quality latex gloss or semi-gloss paint over it using 2 coats.
