We have DSL, cable, phone all-in-one - Optimum online. Our TV cable works fine, our DSL works fine, but our phones are all busy.
Everything has been fine for years. I've reset the modem, unplugged the phone line and nothing seems to change it. We have three phones and they all sound busy even though they are all seated.
Any ideas?

Optonline doesn't provide DSL. It's internet through the coaxial cable. It sounds like one of the handsets went bad. Disconnect all of them and dail the number from a cell phone. If it rings connect them one at a time until you find the bad phone.
