Hello,
Lumber Liquidators: 3/4" x 5-1/4" Australian Cypress Flooring (http://www.lumberliquidators.com/catalog/product.jsp?productId=1542&categoryId=41§ionId=1&subCategoryId=58)
I just purchased a home that has this exact flooring installed. There are a few spots that squeak. It is laid over 3/4" T&G OSB. From the basement, can I screw up through the OSB in to the cypress floor? Is there any chance of splitting the finished wood floor? My total thickness between OSB and finished floor is 1 1/2", so I planned on maybe using 1 1/4" drywall screws.
