I am planning to refinish some hardwood floors. There is badly worn exposed wood in the high traffic areas. They were cleaned with an oil polish at some and are very dark where it soaked into the bare wood. Will the sander take care of this or will I have to use a dark stain to hide the oiled parts? Thanks!!!
