Does anyone remember where the site of either the video or written directions for how to sew the lined rectangle curtains that had the gathering in the center of the front? The were the size of toppers and only came down the window about 1 1/2 to 2 feet. The curtains had two tabs on each side of the top that were held by round pegs. Thanks
