I have a Concord 4 system that was installed in our new home by the builder and was working fine for about two years and I am now having a problem with the sirens working. My three year old son played with the touch panel (Without our knowledge!) and even sense whenever the alarm is tripped the two panels beep but not a sound out of either the internal or external sirens. I have read the manual and can't seem to find out what may have happened. In short the system is fully functional except for the fact that when tripped the sirens don't sound.

He played with the keypad or the control panel itself?? If the latter, he may have just accidentally bumped a wire loose.

No he just played with the keypad.
