Hi everyone. I am new on this forum and I'm trying to look for advice/recommendation on how and what to use to clean the stone tiles on my shower floor.

I have been experiencing this "mold-like" stains on certain parts of the shower floor for a long time. I have tried to clean it with a couple off the shelf cleaners (CLR) which is only able to remove the stain a bit. The stain tends to come back after repeated use of the shower. I think these spots are where the water sits which is generating the mold-like stains.

I'm really not sure where to go. I've attached a few pictures hoping that someone can point me in the right direction so I can remove these stains.

Have you sealed the stone?
