Hi All,

I have here a unmonitored FA168C-GP, according to posts that I have read here, this particular model should be a vista 20p, believing so, downloaded install Manuel, follow Instruc , power down (ac/dc) then while the D1 is showing pressed *# at the same time, now in installer mode with 20
pressed #20 which is suppose by be a valid field only to get EE
also tried *20*, *20, *41* and *42* also got EE after each one.
Power down several times to no avail, any input would be appreciated, thank you! :wall:
