I too am having issues with the install, mounted the unit in the ducting, made all connections and nothing. Chk'd the outlet (not on the controller) 117 VAC, Yellow to Humidisat and reds dis-connected. Went back to the old HD and picked up another one same results. Contacted Honeywell not the easiest people. They are sending new electrical board. Need some help as I read on this board that I should t connect to the HUM c115 on the controller (Board # B18099-13) I see the HUM 115 yet no HUM "N", also I do not see any open tabs marked Neutral, should I splice into an exiciting or???
any all is greatly appreciated.
thx in advance

OK let me see.. this is the Humidifier that I had on my last house.. If I remember correctly this is a powered humidifier with a 115v power cord on it. It also has two low voltage wires. These wires need to be wired through a Humidistat and current sensing relay or sail switch. Or you can wire the two yellow wires through a humidistat and use the furnace board to power an outlet for the Humidifier.. do not cut the cord.. will void warranty.
And on that furnace the group of white wires are the neutral wires. You can add a double tab or go back to the furnace power inlet box.. just kill power to the furnace first@!
