Hi - I'm new at this thing so please go easy on me...
I have bought a home which is a mess and the part that challenges me most about it are the stone garden walls (large raw stones cemented in a retaining wall) and the outside slate flooring, which as a kid i used to know as "slastow", but see it might be called "random slate". These are old and look really dark with messy plastering and workmanship which leaves much to be desired - i would love to change their look but am lost for ideas or method? Anyone out there?
