I have gutted my office in my house due to water damage which has been addressed. My office is located in thelower level of my house where the lower 2.5' is below ground level just studs over foundation and the top 5 + ' is above with insulation. I'm not sure of R value becuase there is nothing on the insulation, house is about 40 years old. The floor is a slab which has some cracks. My goal here and what I am wanting to know is what can I do to efficiently insulate this room. There are two outside walls. Please advise if I should replace insulation or add something and what recomendation for the floor.
