Recently, we noticed an odor coming from the MBR sink when we run the water. No odor from any other faucet in the house.

Is this a water conditioner problem (which we have, only 16 mos. old), or is my trap under the sink not working properly?

Any ideas?

sounds as if you have gunk in the overflow. try spraying some scrubbing bubbles in there and see if that doesnt help
