We're building a new shed that is 10x12. Would we need a concrete pad for that? Could we get away with concrete patio stones? Our area has termites, so we can't have direct soil-wood contact so it needs to sit on something. Is it pretty easy to level the stones ourselves? (the shed company will be building the shed). There is currently a shed in the same location and it sites on gravel....so I'm wondering if that means the land will already be somewhat level?
