Has anyone on this forum had any experience installing or troubleshooting Graystone/Elbex intercom/door entry systems in apartment buildings? I am looking for an installation maual that describes the components involved in such systems and where they can be purchased.

Any assistance would be genuinely appreciated.

Access control and intercom systems are even more specific and proprietary than security and fire alarms. Few of them even have an online site for manuals and the like.

Your best bet on finding a manual will be one of the manual download sites. If you need it, it's worth a couple of bucks.

The brand you mention barely makes a ripple when I run searches.
