I have installed some Armstrong linoleum tile in my bathroom. This is the commercial-grade tile like you see in grocery stores, schools, etc. -- 12" x 1/8".
I have a little bit of space between the tiles where the toilet will be installed and I would like to fill them in. Any ideas on how I should do this?
Thanks!

Not sure I get it. You have your toilet out and you installed your 12"X12"x1/8" vinyl tile and you have a gap between the tile and where the toilet will go?
Well why not put the toilet on and then fill the gap? How big of a gap?? Could you put some kind of clear caulking down?
