Does anyone have an installation manual for a DSC PC1550 alarm. I'd like to add extra key pads to a system, but don't know how the wiring is set up for multiple pads.

there are no diagrams in the manual to tell you. i would think that it's the same as newer keypads. they all go on the keybus on the board. you can have up to 3 keypads. oops, i just found a wiring diagram for it. pm me with your email address and i will send it.

Just websearch using the phrase "DSC PC 1550 installer manual". This was a dirt common system, and lots of sites have the manual available.

Otherwise, simply duplicate the wiring of the existing keypad. Homerun the new 4 conductor back to the system can. It's not a good idea to try to piggy back off of the back of the existing keypad.
