Hi, I am new here and need some help to fix some cracks/gaps in my garage. Any suggestions will be appreciated.
I just noticed in my garage that there are cracks in the area along where the bricks and concrete floor joint. I have googled around and seen people suggested the use of :
1)Siliconized Latex Concrete Caulk, or
2)Sand+Concrete Patching Comound with Latex Additive.
I was wondering if there are other better products than the above two. Also, which method above is better?
The size of the crack along the brick lines is about 6mm.
Also, I noticed in the area where the bricks are closer to the garage door, some dusts/debris start coming out from those bricks/cements, perhaps due to the exposure of water (garage door is not sealed properly).
So what kind of compound I should use to patch this whole area to prevent further rottenness?
Thanks!
