I just installed this system and I have two problems. I have two doors and two motion sensors. The first problem is that for some reason the system will not go into Stay mode. It just displays an empty house instead of a house with an occupant inside once it arms. The second problem, and I don't know if this system even does it but my parents had a system with this function and I would like it, is that I would like to bypass the motion sensor for Stay and have the front and back doors immediately set off the siren if they are opened but be on a delay if it is armed for Away. Thank you.

I am guessing that you don't have the zone types properly set.
If you have no zones set as interior or interior stay/away or zones, then the panel will not go into stay mode because there's nothing for the system to bypass in stay mode.
What keystrokes did you enter in programming location 001 to set your zones?

Also, does what I was talking about the immediate for the doors on Stay and delay of Away make sense and is that possible and if so do you know which setting for the zone? Thanks,

Change the zone type for the motions to 05 (interior stay/away).
If you enter *9 [user code] when you arm, you will get the instant mode arming. This is basic user manual commands.
If you want to have one of the keypad functions keys mapped to this command, since you don't have any smokes to reset, you can set the #4 function key to do this, as well.
go to program
000 for keypad programming
4 05 # (you have to do this at each individual keypad)
press # to exit programming.

Thanks for your responses. I'm still figuring out what I would like the different components to do. If possible I would like two have two different options for when we are home and one for away. Away I would like the two motion sensors and the rear door to be instant and the front door to be delay. The first stay option is No-Entry. All is well until now. The second option I would like is for when we are sleeping and that would be for the doors and sensors to all be instant. Is this possible and if so how what zone definitions would I use? I was thinking possibly setting up the motions on instant and bypassing them when we are moving around the house. The only problem is that I think I turned the chime off and the instant always sets the keypad chime off. Is there a way to program the keypad to bypass the two motion zones depending on which key I press and for the chime to always be off? Thanks a lot!
