I wonder if anyone would have a great design for a 10x10 ft. coach house that would include a washer/dryer, shower, sink large enough to bathe a small dog. Also, a commode and small closet to hang clothes/place shoes etc.

By definition, a coach house is a garage like building, with space for at least, one car. So I am not sure what type of building you are trying to design
Anyway, there are many websites with floorplans, including garages and services' buildings, I'd suggest that you check them and return if you have questions

Search for "tiny homes". A number of resourses exist. ISO Container home floor plans are another resourse for ideas also.

You'll obviously have to get creative with vertical space. For the washer and dryer, get a stackable pair that is designed for an apartment.

I don't think that the use of the vertical space will help, these houses are known for the low ceilings
