I live in a region that recently went through an ice storm and the power was out for 8 days in my home. After the third day, I decided to shut off water at the main and opened up all water faucets and left until the electricity had been restored. I have a bathroom faucet that will not run water (cold or hot); the toilet and bathtub both work fine in this same bathroom. I've tried turning off the shut off valves then turn them back on - nothing. Any suggestions will be appreciated.
