I need help please. I have a carrier gas furnace 58sta and the inducer fan has a loose wire connection. Was wondering if i can pull off the end and reconect it. It doesnt seem like its gonna come off too easy. When i shake the wire it makes a connection and starts the ignitor and gas. After a short period of time it shuts off and now i cant get it to make a connection. Any input would be highly appreciated its cold in the house!!!!

Not sure exactly which wire you are shaking, can you post a picture ?
