Hi I live in the Toronto/Hamilton area. I have a home that is approx. 1450 sq. ft. including finished basement. It is a 2 storey with 3 bedrooms up. The home is approx. 20 years old with original high efficiency furnace and a/c. I want to buy both units and need advice on manufacturer preference, why? and perhaps model selection for both units. If any one can help me on these matters it would be greatly appreciated. And also I was advised that the
Federal government provides a rebate and also there is a rebate on your property tax bill which I beleive is municipal government can any one confirm this also? Many thanks from those who have experience in house size and the manufacturers. I have looked at York, Lennox. Thanks. Gerry
