well the thing is that i have a dsc632 with a pc1555mx module instaled on my house, but now i got a new keypad lcd
5501z32-433 with two wls919-433, i already conected the keypad to the system, and is working fine, but when i try to use the wls919 doesnt do anything, i need some info about it., the keypad was added by a dsc service man here in my country but he is thinking that one of the things are bad or the keypad 5501 or the two wls919, but i think that the two wls919 wouldnt be bad a the same time and all of these is brand new
please help me on that
thanx

Which zone is it on? Its hard to tell what the problem is if we do not know how it is programmed.

Here are the key programming fields...

001 or 002 depending on the zone it is on.

the attribute in the 100 (101= zone 1, 102 + zone 2 etc.) range field 8 must be on letting the panel know the zone is wireless

202, 203 etc depending on the zone turns the zone on

The ESN number must be programmed in 804. go to 804 enter the zone number then enter the esn number.

If you miss any of these steps the wireless zone will not work.

These are the early 4 button remotes.
Load the ESN numbers.
Section 804.
Subsection 41 for remote 1, enter the ESN Number
42 for remote 2 and so on.

then subsection 59, enter data, 03 04 27 30 (Stay, Away, Disarm, Panic)
then press # # to exit programming.

Should all work.
