I hung a solid strip of border along the top of chair rail and I have several large spots where the glue dried before it adhered 100% to the wall. It only adhered along the top but not the middle or the bottom.
Any suggestions on how to get those sections to adhere to the wall? The wall is textured so it is painfully obvious where it did not adhere.
If I keep it wet will it soak through and activate the glue? Should I get some sort of syringe and inject water behind the border/
Thank you for your help!

If the bubbles are in the middle, your best bet is to get a syringe with some warm water and wallpaper paste mixture and inject the bubbles. Work the solution around with a piece of plastic, or whatever you used to apply the border.
It works better if you stick the syringe in the paper at an angle so you can lay the hole back down again.

I used a syringe and it worked great. The adhesive was water activated so plain water did the job. The holes are not noticible to anyone else and I can only see them because I know where they are.
