Gentlemen:
I have an Amana "Prestige" Thru-wall unit that was given to me (The type used in hospital and motel rooms). The identification info is as follows:
Model No. - PTCB35AE
Mtg. No. - P1248803R
Serial No. - 0310029944
When powering it up, the cooling section appears to be working correctly and the fan is working in all cycles (Fan Only, Hi/Lo Heat and Hi/Lo Cool). I am not getting any heat. I have checked the power source and I do have 240V to the unit. Besides the obvious...open/burned out heating unit...is there any other place I should be checking for a problem?
