When the wind gales the water in the toillet bowl of our guest bathroom sways slightly with it. Never heard of this before. A bigger gale causes a few bubbles to come up. Dont know nuthin about vent piping or plumbing in general... is it pressure coming back from the vent pipe?! How are they actually isntalled. This toillet is ALWAYS clogging, by the way.

knothandy: You have a clogged line, it could be the vent or the line off the toilet, maybe both. I would lean toward the toilet line, you have to have it cleaned out, luck. :(

Are you thinking to just snake the toilet or something bigger? It doesnt move waste out of the bowl very well even when it is not clogged.

with out being there it is hard to say what we would do exactly. the vent is not clogged and is blamed for many problems which have nothing to do with the vent. i to say get the line cleaned properly and througly then adjust the toilet properly and clean the jet hole at the bottom and the little holes around the rim of the bowl
