My linoleum has a built in cushion and does not require an adhesive unless one prefers it. It is relatively new and in excellent shape. Mine is unglued and I recently had to roll up a portion to have a drain line repaired under the slab. The repair work on the concrete is not level and with some small humps and depressions.
How do I remove the small humps (2" diameter maximum) and level the entire area (18" x 30")?

Any high spots you would grind down with a small handheld grinder. The low spots would be filled with cement patch. Grinders can be rented from rental yards.
