I started to stucco my block wall around my backyard. I need to know if there is a proper way to do this? I mix the stucco put it on the trowel and go from the bottom to the top, But it seems like more stucco falls off of the trowel then what goes on the wall.

I generally go from top to bottom. If it peels off the wall on application it is probably too dry a mix. If it falls off the trowel it is probably too wet a mix. How thick are you attempting to place on the wall?

Tscar...I'll be doing this this spring and summer...so I'll be watching this post closely.
WireRook..I think you should give more details in your step by step process. Like are you wetting the block, whats the temps, what kind of mix are you using...will prob help the Pro's (and me too!..lol) with advice.
