I got one of these on sale for just a couple bucks and wondered if anyone had used it. I will be using it for a small garden shed in the corner of my yard.

Thats the link for it. I have a lot of spare 2X4's so I was hoping to use most of them to make thi shed very affordable. Thanks in advance for any replies.

Without the brackets, you need 16d nails. With the brackets you still need 16d nails.

They look similar to the Simpson StrongTie kit's for workbenches and such. If you don't feel good about doing miter cuts and all, probably not a bad idea. You will probably need the short metal hanger nails which cost more than regular nails.
