How would you go about removing rust from a stainless steel sink?

I would first try a scouring powder called Zud. It is available in the grocery store near to the other scouring powders.

I would also start saving my money to replace that sink. Any stainless steel sink that rusts is very poor quality.

2nd the ZUD...and are you sure its the sink that has rust, or possibly a pan or utensil that was left in the sink too long and left a rust stain?
