I have a 3 year old yard machine snowblower model number 31AAD700 serial number 1K175120265. Last time I used it the self propel stopped working,I pulled the handle back it would go an inch or so, let go pull again same thing about an inch or so. I look under it and all belts and springs are still intact. The manual says to replace drive belt, but it looks okay to me. I don't have a problem doing this if it will fix the problem.
