I have a richmond power vent water heater. It has detected vapors (obviously faulty). I had this problem once before and reset it over the phone by turning the machine off for 30s then turning the knob counter-clockwise and then the other way.... the problem is can not remember the exact combination and the company is closed today.... can anyone help?
