Hi Guys Anyone know how to make a vista 128 fbp a local system. With all i've tried I still get a fault 974 dialer 1 any help would be appreciated. thanks Jeff

Ummm, actually, to turn off the dialer on a vista 128fb, you delete the phone numbers in programming by entering *33*, *34*, and *35*.

That doesn't stop the panel from looking for a phone line. Assuming "all I've tried" included your above instructions he will still get a check 974

You are correct. That's one of those things that's buried in the midst of a paragraph, and easy to over look. The 128FB was optomized as a light duty fire panel, so the phone lines have supervision defaulted on.
