I have just installed the simon xt alarm, and I have noticed that the menu for "Piezo beep options" is not available as indicated in the installation manual.

I cant find it accesing with dealer or installer code.
How is this possible?
The system has revision 1.2 software.

And I have another question , I installed the interior siren part #13-950, and deactivated the piezo alarm sound from the control panel. When the alarm activates the siren only makes a continous beep sound. Is this how it is supposed to work?

I appreciate any help.

You should be able to access the piezo beeps menu with the dealer, installer or master codes.

The hardwire output is a 12v output. As far as I can tell it's on or off, there's no coding.

Piezo beeps are under "Siren Options"...
