A wild guess would be American Standard. Take a mirror and put under the faucet to see if there is anything written on the bottom.

Sorry, no clue here. If that stem in the next photo is from that faucet, you may be able to identify it from the stem matching books at most big box stores.

They got Orange Big Boxes in London???? Bet it's gonna be metric, no matter who the manufacturer is. But, as Mark said, turn the water off, disassemble it and take the cartridge with you to the supply house.

Actually chandler...they DO have big orange boxes in the UK...they are called something else, but they wear orange aprons and are based on the HD model as far as I know.

Hopefully they are doing better than HD is right now.
