Generally, though, studio lighting that soft is normally accomplished by using diffusers as the ceiling with lights sources high above the diffusers.

hmmm...most people thought that and i agree...
i just wonder how much the fluoroscent lights applied so it bright looks so well spread...and would be the ceiling is acrylic sheets?thx 4 ur opinion man..

The only thing that comes to mind to me is having angled fixtures. You still mount them flush against the ceiling, but instead of having a line of fixtures end to end, you angle them a bit but let them "overlap" about 3 inches. In other words, on one end of a fixture, it's left side touches the right side of the previous fixture, which means it's right side then touches the left side of the next fixture. But then you would need to have other lines close.
Another thought would be to put mirrors on the ceiling between the fixtures to help reflect the light. But as stated you need to also get some sort of panel the defuses the light. Maybe a clear panel, and spray paint the "up" side white.
