We have a table top fountain that is like a vase and the water comes out the top. Then it falls down a series of ribs to the water bowl. Kind a hard to describe but hopefully it gives you an idea what it looks like.
When they water is cascading down the rib area it splashes out on to the table top. It is only a drop or two at a time but it adds up.
Any suggestions on how to correct this? I have tried different flow settings to no avail.

I am afraid that is a problem with small fountains. Be carefull the minerals those little drops leave behind can be very difficult to clean-up. Try keeping the foutain filled with distilled or deionized water and set it on a placemat that can let the water evaporate without leaving a mark on your furniture.
