We have an almost brand new Napoleon NPS40 pellet stove. The auger has stopped functioning and we have traced this to the heat sensor which tripped, probably due to poor quality pellets.

I can't figure out how to reset the heat sensor. I can find the sensor and there's a red "button" as described in the manual, but the botton doesn't move. Anyone know how to reset the sensor?

Thanks!
