The vertical RGB will not move to make a white line. I need to know where the ic's are located and a source where to purchase. I am in Los Angeles.

You need two of these:
STK392-120 SANYO 100% ORIGINAL ONLY Electronic-Repair-Kits (http://www.electronic-repair-kits.com/STK392-120.htm)
STK392-120's
Yours may say STK392-110, but replace with the above 120's.
They are located bottom right of the set looking from the back. They will be soldered around some heat sinks. You will need to disconnect the board and pull it out some to get to it. Don't forget to add thermal paste.
If you are not decent at soldering, I would hire it out.
