I have a 16yr old Carrier (Pump: 38YC030310, Handler: FB4ANA036, Element: KFAEH0501F15). How does it determine going into defrost? It doesn't seem to doing it, so I've been running emergency heat overnight to keep heat pump from igloo'ing.
