Hi,
I bought a Kenmore vacuum 2 and a half years ago (Model: 721.35820500) I think its an LG. Recently it started acting up. It doesnt seem to pick up dirt at all now. I have opened it several times, cleaned the filters, cheked the belt.. but no luck. I dont think the belt is loose beause I need to pull it to mount it when I'm putting it back, but I dont know how much tight it should be. Sometimes the roller/agitator doesnt even spin and at other times it either doesnt pick up dirt or just spits it right out. The top filter on it is kinda like a thick paper cylinder with pleats all around, I have washed it also as I was advised at the time of purchase.
Sears ofcourse wants $60 to even look at it.... can someone please help....
Thanks

Usual reason for no suction is a clog in hose someplace. or if a driect pickup a clog before the bag.
