I put some carpet down in a house built on a slab. I need to
put down a trim piece where the carpet ends and linoleum
starts. The strip comes with spiral nails for wood but how
do I anchor it in the cement floor?

Concrete nails can be used.

General purpose concrete nails are used for most flooring installation applications. Concrete Nails: Tools4Flooring.com (http://www.tools4flooring.com/concrete-nails-c-78_126.html)

Here's a video showing how to install a wood transition over an already installed traditional metal transition between carpet and vinyl for an attractive transition to hide worn carpet at the transition.
