I feel like I need to share my great experience with this product and company.
I have recently purchased a GE AvantaPure system from a local company here in VA and it has done everything they said it was going to do. Unfortunatley, I have fallen victim of doing it myself and being lured to an unrealistic price online and spent thousands for that mistake. The one thing I underestimated by doing it myself is I ended up being the service technician, the warranty guy (which is 1 year) and the maintenance guy all in one. Quick story, With it being winter time the mice come in to play...I had mice chew through the electrical cord for the system so I called WTS. They were out within 2 hours to fix problem and once done I had my check book out to pay and they said no charge. Not too many companies that would do that without a trip charge or paying for parts. I could not be happier with my purchase. Yes, it was more expensive than what I did myself but less than Rainsoft and Culligan and a much better product and service. Remember...you get what you pay for.
