Toshibia Model # : CX29699
Here is a picture of what i see.
Changed a couple of capacitors already in the vertical circuit.
Do i need to change the Vertical IC?

This still looks like a cap problem,only this cap will be of small value like...4.7 or 2.2 uf ,and will be located close to the video processor ic..Take some good pics of the circuit board and I'll point out the most likely culprit.

Please take a couple more pics of the whole chasis.I use a paint brush to dust off the board.
