Old house has concrete ceiling and wall. Can I use an adhesive only to put up a modest crown molding?

Welcome to the forums! Yes, you can use adhesive, but your problem will be keeping it place until it cures enough to hold itself. If the crown is small, you may be able to use PowerGrab to hold it in place. You need to be quick with it, as it provides instant holding power. You may use regular PL400 coupled with daubs of PowerGrab to hold until the PL cures. Just some thoughts.
