This is the picture I am getting.

You know I can't look up Canadian model #'s.The picture looks like what used to happen when the 200volt 100 uf cap in the regulator circuit goes bad.If it's the chasis I'm thinking of,the cap will be located right in front of the high voltage transformer.Take a pic of the chasis and I can tell for sure.

you hit the nail right on the head. This is the correct board. I am unable to find the replacement capacitor just yet, and will keep you posted
