I have had my water tested by lots of people latley
3.5 ppm hardness
2.3 ppm iron
I want soft water and to get rid of that red stuff all over my appliances.
Rainsoft 3490 total system filter and softner to high for me
a hydro injection system with multistage filtering tank for iron and sulfur for 1850 doiable
and a pelican for 1300 no salt softener with one tank for softening and another for filtering iron and sulfer. Water boss shelf system with a softener and filter.
Any help please

Are you sure it isn't 3.5 gpg. grains per gallon?
and a pelican for 1300 no salt softener with one tank for softening and another for filtering iron and sulfer.
The Pelican is NOT a softener and will NOT remove iron. This one will not help you that way.

A water softener will remove the iron from the water. You do have to keep the resin clean of the iron. That can be done with the use of salt with Iron out in it. Should cost around $600.00-$800.00

some sulfer during sommer not real bad but any is bad enough
this is what im looking at right now
