can i use a masonry blade to cut metal
from the description the metal cutting blade & the masonry blade are made of same material. thanks for your help

They really aren't made of the same material.

Metal cutoff wheels are made of aluminum oxide, while masonry are silicone carbide.

Use the right tool for the right job. Not worth finding out the hard way, eh? Have you ever seen what a cutoff wheel does when it disintergrates on the grinder? Not good.

the masonry blade will last about 1/2 as long when cutting metal and yes when they blow it is quite dangerous, i still have some pieces sticking out of my garage wall to remind me not to do that.

if we're not supposed to eat animals why are they made out of meat?
