the exhaust blower is always running, water is hot, burner turns on/off, anybody?

Best advice? Call up rheem. 866-432-8373, and hit the option for commercial (even if it isn't, you want to make sure you're talking to someone in the Montgomery AL office, they're open 8-5 CST I think.)

I hate powervent 1 heaters, they don't have any error or indicators (like powervent 2 and powervent 3).
