I have a 3.75hp Briggs Model#98902-2247-B1. When I got the mower, the springs where gone. I bought two new springs #691297 (governor), and #691859 (governor idle). I don't know where they are positioned. Tried every way I know, But no Luck. Has anyone got a picture or diagram? Need help! Looked all over the net, but no luck!!:wall:

AA Wrench, Thanks alot. The picture is what I was looking. I had the end on the air vane link right, but my bracket was bent, so that's why I could not get the other end of the spring in the correct position. Thanks again!
